Can I transfer domain names from one registrar to another? Like a name purchased on square to namecheap?
I ordered my domain name, PAID, and then immediately got an error message saying that my order couldn’t go through because the site was down for 12 hours of maintenance. They asked what refund I wanted (without telling me how long before it would show up on my card), so I said put it back on my card. Then, dude in Eastern Europe or Russia (all had Slavic names) tells me how long it could take for me to get my money: 10 to 30 days!!! If they were doing maintenance, tell me BEFORE I PAY. If it takes so long for the money to go back on my card, TELL ME BEFORE you put it back on my card so that I can just have that credit with NameCheap (an option). Also, why did I get an error message saying my domain name was taken….i’m having a heart attack right now!!!!
