READ THIS: At step 0:54 be sure you click the box that says opt-out of 60 day domain transfer hold… If you forget to click that box, you’ll be stuck with IT and having them override (long delay). My advise – don’t mess with the contact info until after you switched to your new host otherwise you may encounter what I did, a delay in transferring your domain

you are the worst host providers I ever now in my life, you tell user that you have 30 money and you steal there money form the domain name, I will let each breathing life kind to know how bad and slow your servers are, and how dumb you support are, I am not sure that bluehost support are even IT at all
i lost 40 point in my google score because of bluehost slow server 2.6 second 3000+ttfb
they just stole 13$ for there bad service
