newbies here, i have two websites (wordpress) hosted in hostgator, just wondering how did someone finds that the 2 website owner are the same. thank in advance
What do you do when your web designer created your domain but punched in their info and not yours and you cant get into the control
Panel. The host ( yahoo) told me they couldn’t determine ownership and I have to get a court directive to send to domain creator to transfer the domain to me and then send it to yahoo .
Unfortunately the web creator is not responding . So my email went down when I changed my credit card info and yahoo can’t update it unless I do it but alas I’m not the owner in their eyes even though I’ve been paying it automatically on my credit card . Ugh .
WHOIS is a great tool 🔥
Is it a word? Does it make sense? If so it’s taken
good
Bullshit…. 2:31 ! ..Maybe only America, but i entered a domain, it sais not in database…. so what!!????
i could not fine the owner of domain name as you indicated in your video
I try to find out about an online company. However, it does not show ower contact or details.
In the EU countries and in the U.K. .uk and co.uk have a privacy option to stop your name and address and telephone number and even e-mail from being available you click the privacy option. I once made a mistake registering a domain name and the bots got my telephone number and I received telephone calls day and night from Indian call centres with scams. They get paid per telephone call not for each success. So they put your telephone on auto diallers. The telephone company could not block all of the calls and told me it was best to change my telephone number which I had to. You should always set the privacy option if it is available or you can pay for a privacy option in the U.S. for com. P.S. registered e-mail addresses will receive software viruses and virus links on a regular basis if you do not set the option to private.
