How to Associate Folders with Domain Name on 1and1 Hosting

http://www.build-your-website.co.uk/ -In this video tutorial we look at how you create a folder and associate it with a domain or sub domain on one and one web hosting. This is what you do if you want to use your hosting space to host several websites.
Even if you don’t want to host multiple websites then I would still prefer to create sub folders and use then for the websites as it gives more flexibility.
You should do this prior to installing your website.
