Very nice video. Is there a limit to the number of aliases in m365? I’m also a zoho user and considering the switch to take advantage of the better search features.

Hi Carlos. Does creating a second user cost an additional subscription charge? I understand adding second domain and creating aliases is free for the original user, but with an *additional* user, we are requesting additional licences for Office products, and Microsoft is usually not that generous.
