Hi, and thank you for the video! Just a question, I have done exactly what you did for your domain. I have registered a domain for some years, gone through all the steps and fees. The domain is mapped to my ETH address verified on Etherscan. But still the domain is listed as available when i search for it. Any idea?

  18. Jonathan Gomez on January 14, 2022 at 5:14 pm

Are you able to change where your .Eth maps to? Say in the future you have a new wallet? I’m assuming you can associate it with that address instead just have to pay some exchange fees?

    nftsssss

  20. J Q on January 14, 2022 at 5:15 pm

I’ve been following the ENS Domain activity on OpenSea to see what sells. Most profitable thing besides a good domain name is 3 emojis. I also saw Kevin lalande from sante venture group buy his last name, firstandlastname, and sante.ETH (sold for over $50K usd 12 ETH). It’s just like domainers who buy .com and hope to flip them for profits. Gas fees are super high so It’s about $300 usd minimum to register so it better be good for you to buy it right now.

  21. sh1eld on January 14, 2022 at 5:16 pm

Is it too late to get an ens name? The ones I want don’t exist so I’m thinking I can mint them? But I don’t see anything on the site to mint a new name or am I dumb

  22. Dan O on January 14, 2022 at 5:16 pm

Do we need to have a .eth domain or can we just sit on ens and wait for it to climb?

  23. Max Ulver on January 14, 2022 at 5:17 pm

If I buy an .eth domain Im assuming its only for the etherium blockchain?
    Thanks for a gr8 vid

  24. JohnnyFast on January 14, 2022 at 5:17 pm

    good video

  25. LessSidemen ᨆ on January 14, 2022 at 5:19 pm

I’m confused here. Can you use the ENS domain to send other coins such as BNB, BTC, or is it just ETH?

  26. KS-02 on January 14, 2022 at 5:20 pm

Missed thsi one ;( do you have any other incoming huge airdrop?

  27. Filnice on January 14, 2022 at 5:22 pm

Do we have to do the reverse resolution? I didn’t do it and i can search on etherscan and find my address attach to the .eth domain that i got…so why do the reserve resolution?

  28. Therapeutic Relaxation on January 14, 2022 at 5:23 pm

If one has to pay for domain renewal then it is pretty much like the traditional domain name companies…..or am I missing something?

  29. MsRatedR1 on January 14, 2022 at 5:24 pm

I guess your metamask wallet was already connected?

  30. RevoDidThat on January 14, 2022 at 5:26 pm

    Amazing!

  31. Brian Morales on January 14, 2022 at 5:26 pm

so if the estimated gas fee for ex. is 140, do i need to deposit 140 into my metamask?

  32. John Bostick on January 14, 2022 at 5:30 pm

Quick question, how do you transfer an ens name to a different wallet, i.e. I want to buy one and hold it for my kids?

  33. Yoh Matti! on January 14, 2022 at 5:31 pm

    Wealth Squad🔥

  34. jojo on January 14, 2022 at 5:32 pm

why we have to pay 3x of gas fee in total?

    Thank You..On Point…

  36. jay krewstar on January 14, 2022 at 5:35 pm

am unable to register , why is that

  37. D LR on January 14, 2022 at 5:35 pm

Interesting. but ENS has been around for a very long time and is still not used. Is this technique difficult to apply?

  38. confy nwachukwu on January 14, 2022 at 5:35 pm

    This aged well.

  39. 299lee on January 14, 2022 at 5:36 pm

    It’s on coin base

  40. Traveling on a Buddy Pass on January 14, 2022 at 5:37 pm

This name needs to be migrated to the new Registry. Only the parent of this name (eth) can do this. what does this mean?

  41. Joey Boulevard on January 14, 2022 at 5:37 pm

Is this still available or is token allocation already resulted?

  42. Robert Arriaga on January 14, 2022 at 5:40 pm

is it more beneficial to have multiple ENS domains or one with multiple years tied to it?

  43. Qwerty Digital on January 14, 2022 at 5:43 pm

If you’re doing this for the first time, be sure to load up your account with additional funds for the gas fees as theres 2 or 3 points where it will charge you extra and can even total more than the ENS costs!

  44. Nevan123 on January 14, 2022 at 5:44 pm

Can airdrops happen more than once?

  45. marginal gains on January 14, 2022 at 5:45 pm

  46. Alex Lourido on January 14, 2022 at 5:46 pm

Bought mine over a year ago and my God…the airdrop was massive and paid off 100x over

  47. Jammy Creamer on January 14, 2022 at 5:46 pm

Why are the gas fees so much now ?
