You two are amazingly generous in the knowledge you share. You always break things down and let us decide if it’s right for us or not. Your awesome 👏 ❤️

I bought consoles from alibaba and eBay told me I was selling counterfeit items and took them down. They told me not to list em again or my account would be dinged.

  4. April Davis, PI on May 10, 2021 at 9:11 am

Was this video sponsored? I didn’t hear a mention of that. I’m new to YouTube but I thought it had to be verbally mentioned. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Just trying to learn. Thank you.

  5. Mark Magill on May 10, 2021 at 9:13 am

This Is BIG. I’m so excited. Thank You for taking us along for the ride Hustlin Hooks!

  6. stephanie hall on May 10, 2021 at 9:18 am

I tried Alibaba 3yrs ago, I liked the items they shipped but too much competition plus the vendors also are selling the same product at a much cheaper price with free shipping, so I ended up sitting on stuff.

  7. John Bradley on May 10, 2021 at 9:18 am

Be careful, they sold me counterfeit items. Not a great source!!!!!

  8. Lulu on May 10, 2021 at 9:20 am

How can you support something that you guys aren’t even selling online? I was a fan of you guys but you can tell you are really after the money for all the wrong reasons. Don’t mislead handfuls of people to sell the same items and flood eBay or Amazon with the same items that will just sit there for a while. Please be careful and mindful with who you partner with and have as sponsors.

Hi. Thanks for this valuable information!

  12. Bluenose Flips on May 10, 2021 at 9:21 am

This should have been prefaced with a statement that it was sponsored. It’s been well advertised in the YouTube community that they have been doing the rounds and others have not taken the payment as they don’t use the service. I would have more confidence in a review once you have used the service. Taking payment for a sponsored ad and doing up a vid doesn’t cut it for me. This is disappointing.

Thanks for the info. I’m in my late 50s and would love to retire early. I’ve only been reselling for about a year so I have a long way to go. This gives me another option of investment opportunities. Since I’m doing this on my own, I really appreciate you young kiddos LOL doing the research and sharing your knowledge for us. I’ve only been watching the 2 of you for a short time and so enjoy all the diversity your channel brings. I have to say my very favorite part, well besides the spreadsheet and the height difference between the 2 of you 😉 is when Adien (sorry, not sure how to spell your name) demonstrates women’s clothing!

Seriously though, you are such inspirations even to those of us are on the opposite side of our careers. I will enjoy watching you grow your business, being able to take control and do what you love, and watching your family grow as well.

Sorry you guys are getting stupid hate. I didn’t like the video but I like you guys and always will. It’s America we can choose to not watch it. The content you put out is top notch. People giving you hate on taking money from them should look at your big body of free work on YouTube

  15. Pam V on May 10, 2021 at 9:26 am

Your entire selling business so far as been about sourcing local goods, no matter where you live, and flipping them for a profit on ebay. Do you feel like you ran out of local goods to source and now are looking to give your profits to another company? I think you guys carved a solid path for yourselves, and should stay the course …

  16. AffiliateMaster on May 10, 2021 at 9:27 am

Great video as always! This is a bit off topic, but can either of you recommend a good frying pan cleaner that removes the sticky residue often left on frying plans from using spray on non-stick stuff? I’m sure you’ve seen it. It’s that real sticky gummy stuff that you just can’t wipe off . I found a pretty nice pan to re-sell and other that that, it’s in good shape…I tried baking soda and water and vinegar and that didn’t work.

  17. CAN MAN on May 10, 2021 at 9:27 am

Thanks for the information! Paid or not, this video was still very informative, and I have been looking into Alibaba for the past few weeks now and it’s really nice to hear this kind of information from trusted resellers like you guys. Thanks for taking the time to make this video. Very helpful 👍🏼

  20. mascottie on May 10, 2021 at 9:31 am

Hello! What do you use to find sell through rates? I can’t figure it out.

  24. warriorsp1 on May 10, 2021 at 9:34 am

A lot of amazon sellers focus on Alibaba. Great potential here. Just notifying

  25. Liftingoverfifty on May 10, 2021 at 9:36 am

I have been shopping Ali for years for my eBay store and could not be happier, my communication with the sellers is bar none the best. It does take some time to learn and they are extremely competitive but once you put the time in the rewards can be amazing. Amazon is loaded with Ali merchandise. Excellent video! Keep up the fabulous content!! Stay safe!

  28. Arlene Mchugh on May 10, 2021 at 9:38 am

I personally think there are enough lead-filled toys, toxin-filled foods and plastic junk from China here in USA already. I’m really torn about this video.

  29. goldtopsrock on May 10, 2021 at 9:38 am

Disappointed but hey you’re getting comments and dislikes. It’s all about the money.

    Is Alibaba a Chinese business?

  31. Melanie Spozio Retail Resell With MeMe on May 10, 2021 at 9:40 am

Look into cj dropshipping as well.i know their prices is higher but you can talk business with them. When you do start talking business with Ali and Cj keep in mind their english can make it feel like something isnt right. Most of the sellers will do anything to make you feel comfortable. They will face time and or talk with you over the phone. It would not hurt to download a translator some responses will be in chinese etc. GREAT VIDEO GUYS😍😍😍😍

  32. Dana Knight on May 10, 2021 at 9:42 am

I see your link to Alibaba pays you a kick back to promote their website. You are really pushing people into Alibaba in China.

  33. Heather Mullen on May 10, 2021 at 9:44 am

I’ve been watching your videos since your inception, and I have loved watching them but I’m disappointed that you are having a paid video from a company that the majority of items comes from a country that is regressive and is harmful to religious, independent groups.

  34. PADDY 1979 on May 10, 2021 at 9:45 am

I import from China for amazon’ u need to be very careful when dealing with Chinese suppliers they promise the earth but deliver what they can get away with and will try and squeeze extra charges/price increases /lower quality materials even after order placed- some suppliers on Alibaba are just trading companies which are best to avoid as they have no control over production. I personally would avoid electronics and stick to simple products!

Some China Suppliers are also selling same product on eBay/amazon and will always be able to undercut your price leaving no margin

After all costs shipping/import taxes profit margins will be in range of 15-20%

  35. Hot Dogs on May 10, 2021 at 9:46 am

Hope it goes well for you but please be careful. I did this for 3 years and the cutthroat Amazon game was just too stressful and a lot more work for way less money than my ebay. So many things in Amazon from PPC, crazy returns policy, ranking cost, FBA fees, buying reviews, to hijackers and talking to suppliers in china in the middle of the night. Just became way too high risk and high stress for me but 4th quarter is amazing on Amazon. You can raise your price by 3x and sell 6x as much and all for 20% to be returned in January half used. If I was to do it again I would just go for 4th quarter toys or seasonal. All ebay now and enjoying it alot.

I enjoy all your videos and they’re always packed full of information, this video is no different. I’ve already learned so much from you both 🌸 Let’s all keep moving onwards and upwards 💪💛

  37. LAG on May 10, 2021 at 9:48 am

Oh, to be new seller again. Good luck. Love your videos.

  38. dave rice on May 10, 2021 at 9:48 am

Good for you guys expanding and growing. Those trying to shame you for making the video are jealous its you not them. Alibaba can be a great source with due diligence as you have stated repeatedly. As for selling "knock offs" this is called private labeling and very very common and not knock offs or fake unless you advertise as genuine. Probably not for most part time garage sale resellers but still a great way to grow.

  39. Just Lindsay and Jacob on May 10, 2021 at 9:50 am

This isn’t reselling content. Also, disagree that you need to change your business model month after month. Been watching you guys for a while, but it seems you’re losing what got you this far. We’ll be stopping watching now. Enough Amazon shills on Youtube. Thanks for the other content. Best of luck in the future.

  40. MrJbee73 on May 10, 2021 at 9:50 am

    Be careful. Love that channel!

  41. StaceyShopper on May 10, 2021 at 9:52 am

Always appreciate you sharing the info you come across!! Ignore all the nasty people!

  42. Flipping Nostalgia on May 10, 2021 at 9:55 am

Just a heads up, per YouTube TOS that you have to verbally say this is a paid video, along with checking the paid promotion box. It can be as little as, shout as a shout out for sponsoring the video . Great job on the video though, it was a very clear walkthrough.

  43. Lori Isvik on May 10, 2021 at 9:55 am

I did not hear you say this was sponsored video. Aren’t you required to do that? Alot of stuff from them is cheep Chinese knockoffs are you allowed to sell these on ebay?

Have you followed Daily Refinement. He has tried a lot of different ways and platforms to sell and ways to procure product. He has worked to find replenishable products and found that it takes weeks to research and procure and a item that sells at lease 10 per day and $10 profit per item. He has tried Poshmark, Amazon, Facebook market palace, and ebay. He’s in his 3rd or 4th. year. He alwasy seems to go back to basics. Procuring easy to find item that sell and refine his operations and procedures. He has found that execution at an always improving level on one platform is most effective. Listing every day he has found that after awhile you will sell about the same number of items you list each day. He is at 80 – 100 items sold each day and working on 150 per day. Now there are different ways to have a successful ebay store. As you add new programs make sure you keep improving on what has made you successful up to this point. Some people add a new program and slip on what has worked and net no gain. It has been great watching your growth in the short time you two have been doing ebay.

  48. Guccideadhead on May 10, 2021 at 10:02 am

Alibaba is known as a website with cheap Chinese made products that people drop ship on eBay and Amazon. Cheap, knockoff plastic trash that pollutes our earth 😢

  49. Porter Lockwood on May 10, 2021 at 10:03 am

There is a lot to unpack in all of these comments but I do think it is possible that the people who are disagreeing with you and are taking the time to share that are in fact supporting you and are hoping you hear how far off track this video was from everything you guys have said and done to date. Sometimes the best advice is the hardest to hear. I fear that being quiet about the sponsorship burned up a lot of credibility. It will be interesting to see if you guys reflect some on your experience with this video in your next one. Always good luck and be well!

  50. Eric Masese on May 10, 2021 at 10:07 am

Guys , I would be careful with Alibaba , there is fierce competition with the products that sale on the platform , I have had situations where I look at the price on Ebay for a product that I want to import from them and when I do the math , I’d rather buy that product from a ebay seller ! I even went further and took a snap shot of the product & price from Ebay and asked the supplier why it was more cheaper for me to buy locally than import the same item from them ? short answer they were baffled and they had no explanation , and this was a supplier with a perfect rating with exports worldwide including the US , someone may argue perhaps it’s cause of volume orders that’s why sellers locally are very competitive , but it still didn’t add up even when I did the math cost of goods , shipping air or sea , DDP ( duty delivery paid ) .
Not discouraging anyone , just do an exhaustive research before you buy .
